I looked for coaching to help me progress and found frameworks that were smart, but borrowed. Written for someone else's career, not mine. My best learning didn't come from a book. It came from proving Director-level impact at Amazon under real scrutiny, and building teams where no roadmap existed.
I founded Glass Elevator because I wished it had existed: coaching rooted in the real world, not a generic framework. It's why every coach here is still doing the job.
